This artwork is truly idyllic, while the Night Journey [...] reveals the darkness of our soul, the daytime one is charming and positive. Although there is a thought lurking in the back of my mind that the solar barge is heading towards the land of darkness. That the sun will set and enter a new cycle, just like we go through light and darkness in life. The central figure on the boat is the daytime form of Re-Harachte, and on both banks of the Nile there is fauna and flora typical of Egypt: ducks, geese (painted based on the Meidum paintings), lotuses and papyri. You'd want to jump into that water! The colors are vivid, mostly warm, they add energy ;)
